Haylee Maynard, MSc, MS, LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Meet Haylee Maynard, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping individuals, children, adolescents, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support.

For more than ten years, she has worked in a variety of mental health settings, including private practice, community mental health, integrated healthcare, residential treatment, and inpatient psychiatric care. Her experience has allowed her to support people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, behavioral challenges, and emotional struggles. She has also worked extensively with youth and families involved in foster care, juvenile justice systems, and other complex life circumstances.

She believes that healing happens within safe, authentic relationships. Haylee’s approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each person's unique needs and strengths. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), family systems therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions, she help clients develop insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.

She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from National University and her Master of Science in War & Psychiatry from King's College London. She values lifelong learning and continually expanding her clinical expertise.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, her goal is to provide a welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. She is here to explore the challenges with you together, identify skills for growth, and work toward greater value-based living and connection.
